The location worked well once we figured out which tram stop and direction to use. Just be aware that this is part of an old folks home, and you’ll see residents with dementia wandering around. It was fine for us, but people coming to party should be respectful of the residents. Our room was clean but dated, and the bathroom was small, with a very cramped shower. That might only be an issue if you’re overweight. Breakfast was very nice, but the woman cleaning up was rough, yelling at the kitchen staff and carrying it on into the dining room. We felt bad for the people working back there. There was a sign inviting guests to ask for eggs or other made-to-order food, but after hearing her, we didn’t feel able to ask. We tried the sauna, which was nothing special. A tea or coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

It was quiet and clean in the room, though breakfast didn’t offer much variety.
