For my visit, Apartments Les Jardins (Apartmenthaus Hamburg) was ideal, so I'd stay again and give it 5*. I can see why other people might rate it lower, though. My room was spotless, with a cute, modern, stylish interior and a simple, functional layout. The small kitchen had everything I needed, even a little dishwasher. The location was great for UKE, a 2-minute walk or 4-minute drive away. Two big supermarkets were 3 and 4 minutes away on foot, and a deli and Döner restaurant were just 30 seconds away. The mattress was too soft for me, and noise from other rooms or the floor above came through the somewhat thin walls, as other reviews mention. The keypad for the room door was a bit moody. I figured it out after 1.5 days, but it wasn't convenient.

The rooms were large and nice, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were helpful and pleasant, and the location worked perfectly for my plans. I'd stay again.

Reception staff did their jobs very well, and the housekeeping and cleaning man worked very, very well too.

The place matched what the brochure and website said. Public transport was fairly close, and there were shops and places to eat nearby.
