We felt unsafe all night, and this was our worst hotel experience. The two men in the room next door smoked weed and cigarettes, drank, played loud music, and shouted in a hotel advertised as non-smoking. When we asked them to quiet down, they got aggressive. We reported it at 17:00, and reception said they would speak to them and gave us an emergency number. But when we came back at 22:00, the noise was still going. Reception was shut, despite the advertised 24-hour desk, and nobody picked up the emergency phone. We got only a text saying the men were “normal guests,” which clearly didn't describe what was happening. The hotel description was misleading too: the photos showed more tables than were actually there, and there was no breakfast. We also felt the photos were inaccurate.

The room was decent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in the city center, with a lovely view from the window.

We were greeted so warmly when we arrived, and the reception team gave us really useful information about Hamburg. They were incredibly kind. Great hotel, I recommend it.

The room was very clean, and getting around from this location was convenient. The reception staff were a big help.
