We booked the apartment in Hamburg and canceled on September 4th, while we were still within the free cancellation period. Arbio had charged our account the day before, and after 10 days we still hadn’t received the refund. I’d read about similar experiences here and regretted not seeing them before booking. We were preparing to take legal action and wondered if others had dealt with the same thing. At that point, it felt like fraud. Update: Arbio contacted me right after I posted and personally confirmed the refund. The money arrived in my account a few days later. Thanks for sorting it out so quickly. The conversation was constructive, and they addressed my criticism of the whole process.

I spent four months here and really enjoyed it. The one-room apartment was modern, just like the pictures, and the new building was clean and well insulated. Even with the main road nearby, I couldn’t hear anything inside. It’s a lovely option for temporary accommodation, and you feel at home. The landlady is incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to reach.

We loved the garden and watching the street life, and the beds were good quality with a very nice bathroom. There’s everything you need, plus the subway and Hagenbeck Zoo are close by. Fantastic, we’ll be back! 🇨🇭

The apartment is very comfortable and furnished to a high standard. It’s in a well-kept new building with excellent location and infrastructure. Booking was friendly and straightforward. Five stars, and we’ll definitely return.
