I was here for a seminar, and the food and service were excellent. There's a restaurant, and the place has a lot of history. Seeing the name plates on the doors was a fun part of the stay, especially when I realized I had the same room as one of the Spice Girls. Haha, that added a little something to the experience. I definitely recommend it!

The sauna was a comfortable place to unwind. The hotel is neat and classy throughout, and breakfast was excellent, with fresh, good-quality ingredients and everything laid out nicely. The kitchen staff were friendly and polite.

Parking comes with the stay, and check-in and checkout were easy. We were visiting Hamburg, and the staff were great with tourists. The hotel has a cute, whimsical exterior and very nice rooms. We also liked the restaurant food, with the kitchen open until 9 pm, and the American bar was well stocked, including American-made liquor. The bartender was great. I'd recommend staying here!

The pumpkin soup was outstanding, definitely worth trying. Our room was clean, and the staff were nice and had a good sense of humor. The receptionist got our restaurant schedule mixed up, but the restaurant team were pretty nice about it and let us eat on the wrong day instead. Just a bit of miscommunication. We had a great time 😎😎😎😎
