We travelled by car, and while parking costs extra, not having to hunt for a spot at night felt like a luxury with kids. The bed and sofa bed were clean and comfortable, and there was enough room for our family of four. It's in a quiet residential area near a mall with places to eat, and there was a train nearby. I'd happily return if I get the chance to visit this city again.

The location deserves five stars, but there's usually nobody on site. When the water stopped completely for a long time while I was showering, I needed help and was left to deal with it alone. VERY BAD!!!

The rooms were huge and spotless, and the concierge was attentive and quick to respond. They had everything you could think of, right down to a teaspoon and potato peeler. My best stay in Hamburg so far. Thank you!

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the bathroom light setup is just weird. It runs on motion and switches off after about five minutes, so in the shower you suddenly end up in the dark and have to lean out and wave an arm to turn it back on. The curtains let in too much daylight, so the room gets bright when it's light outside. The kitchen wasn't much help for cooking since it had no oil, salt, or pepper, and I wasn't going to buy a whole bottle of oil for a few days. They also don't give you a coffee capsule for every day, and charging for extras feels stingy. That's usually standard.

The apartment had a good sized kitchenette and a nice bathroom, and the location was great. The pillows and blankets were bad.
