The rooms were a good size, quiet, and clean, with comfortable beds. I liked the simple, sophisticated style and the thoughtful use of natural materials around the hotel. Staff at both the front desk and bar/restaurant were friendly and helpful. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to friends.

I felt very welcome here during my long trip, thanks to the helpful staff. The atmosphere is peaceful, too. This place is a gem, and I’d gladly stay again next time.

My room faced the street and was very noisy. There’s no AC or fan, and no coffee in the room. They gave me a water bottle only when I arrived. The shower stall felt unsafe, with a slippery floor and no rails to hold onto. When my luggage was lost, the response wasn’t fully gracious or helpful. I also had to pay for the whole stay upon arrival. For a small, arty boutique hotel, I found the personal manner lacking. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room was a little dark in winter, with no overhead lights, so it was hard to see. Apart from that, everything was superb. We stayed for a week and enjoyed breakfast and lunch. The location was great, with the train and bus very close. The team were sweet, friendly, and helpful, and the cleaning staff were incredible. We had fresh towels every day and the bed was perfect. I definitely recommend this hotel for a visit.
