Sleep2Fly Hamburg Airport

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The rooms were okay, but I found insects in mine, and one shower shared by several rooms isn’t enough. When I needed help, nobody answered my calls and my emails were ignored, so customer service was basically nonexistent. There are plenty of other options near Hamburg airport, and I’ll choose one of those next time.

The only tricky part for me was hauling a big suitcase up and down the stairs. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay. Check-in was easy and nice, the room and shared bathroom were very clean, and the location was ideal, less than five minutes from the airport.

Keep in mind it’s near Hamburg airport, so it’s handy before a flight but noisy. It’s a private house, with the second floor set up as the sleeping area. There are four rooms sharing a clean, comfortable bathroom. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was closed, and the owner didn’t bother to open it despite our request.

Basam was the best part of my stay. He was so welcoming and friendly, and made me feel at home. When my suitcase went missing on one of my flights, he offered me everything from a full outfit to food and cosmetics. I really didn’t expect that kind of care, and it made the stay one of a kind. I can’t recommend it enough, and I’ll come back whenever I fly from Hamburg and need a good rest. Thanks a lot 🙏🏻 The house is less than five minutes from the airport by taxi, in a quiet residential area, so it was perfect for resting after a long flight or between flights. The property was modern and extremely clean, with big rooms and what I needed for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was officially shared, but felt private, and had a large modern shower and bathtub. The whole interior was to a high standard. The value for money is probably the best you can find around Hamburg airport.
