We enjoyed our one-night stay. The staff were cheerful, kind, and ready to help, and the breakfast buffet tasted good and felt worth what we paid. It’s a modest, affordable hotel rather than a luxurious one. It’s right on a main street, with buses and a supermarket easy to reach. Guest parking is free. The reception is in a separate building across from the rooms, which I found practical and cool.

The quiet atmosphere made it easy to unwind after a busy travel day, and breakfast was fresh, satisfying, and had plenty of choice. Hotel Zum Zeppelin has a warm, classic German look that feels authentic. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a restful night. I visited Hamburg briefly and found the location handy for airport arrivals or car travel. On-site parking was a big plus. From check-in through check-out, the staff were welcoming, professional, and helpful. Good value and cozy comfort, I’d happily stay again on my next trip to Hamburg, for business or leisure.

The two-bedroom apartment was fantastic, with loads of space for the price. It was very clean and comfortable, and only 20 minutes from downtown.

Great city location, comfy room, and a really friendly team. I loved staying here, the whole place had such good vibes. Can’t wait to come back, you’ve got a new fan ;)

The rooms look really nice, and the staff are very friendly. The odd part was that the rooms are spread across different buildings. My brother and I ended up apart from our parents and sister because the double rooms and triple rooms weren’t in the same building.
