Studio #6 had a lovely view over the treetops, which are especially green in spring and summer. It's on the second floor, and stairs are the only way up. The building has several apartments for rent. The studio was beautiful, spacious for two, and very clean, with comfortable beds and a nice shower. There's a filter coffee machine in the kitchen. Wandsbek-Markt U-Bahn station and a shopping center are within walking distance, and parking around the house is easy and free. The Wi-Fi was spotty. You can hear Ring 2 traffic with the windows open, but it gets quiet once they're shut.

It's a clean, lovely holiday apartment in a central spot, with a large parking lot right next door. Wandsbek Market is a short walk away, with plenty of bus and train connections. Shut the windows and the traffic noise disappears. The kitchen is fairly basic and there's no dishwasher, though it works fine for a short stay. The overflowing ashtray by the front door wasn't great, especially for non-smokers.

We were three in apartment number 1 and are still delighted with it. There are several vacation apartments in Marienthal, and ours had everything we needed: a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living and dining area, a bathroom, and an outdoor area. It was very clean. My 80-year-old parents were with me, and we had a wonderful time exploring Hamburg on foot and by public transport. Wandsbek Market is about a 10-minute walk away, with excellent connections. Shops for everyday needs and restaurants are also within walking distance, and there's a free public parking lot right next to the apartments. The apartment is on a main road, so traffic can be heard with the windows open, but it's very quiet with them closed.

We stayed in the studio, where the bedding was average and the cleanliness was OK. The noise made opening the windows impossible, with the train on one side and cars on the other, day and night. The Wi-Fi was very poor, and I wouldn't recommend it to friends.
