Ruby Lotti Hotel Hamburg

The room layout didn’t work for me. There was barely room to move without bumping into something, even though the bed was amazing and the shower room was large. The bar area, on the other hand, was comfortable and a great spot to relax. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and the location is ideal for sightseeing.

The room at Ruby hotel was neat and spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. Check-in was quick and cool, while check-out was even simpler. There’s also a cool little Marshal gadget in the room. I’d happily come back and recommend it 10/10.

Aly, Almudena, and Ludmila made the stay especially nice. Aly and Almudena were kind and efficient at check-in, and during breakfast they were attentive, friendly, and happy to share local recommendations. Ludmila looked after the rooms so well, keeping everything spotless and perfectly arranged, and she added a personal touch too. At Ruby Lotti Hotel Hamburg, my room was spotless and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The atmosphere and service were top-notch, and I’d absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you so, so much, Aly, Almudena, and Ludmila!

The rooms and bar/lounge are nice, and the location is pretty decent. Breakfast, though, was chaos. Get there early if you want to eat. They ran out of plates, glasses, trays, and coffee almost immediately, and did practically nothing about it. I got up to check whether they’d made more coffee, but they hadn’t. When I came back, someone else was at my table and my food had been cleared and thrown away. By then there were no plates, glasses, trays, or cups left, so getting more food was difficult. Checking in at reception was also a VERY cumbersome process. Apart from that, it’s a decent place to stay in Hamburg 🙂
