Our room was very clean, and the hotel sits in a lovely area. A special thanks to the reception staff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful when we needed assistance after being scammed by booking.com!

I felt welcome as soon as I arrived, and the crew speak English really well. The hotel is in a quiet residential neighborhood, with a tube station not far away for downtown and another for the airport. Room service is great, and the minibar is decent, more than enough for one or two people. Tremendous hotel, highly recommend.

The gym is super nice, and the rooms were better than I expected for the price, with a comfy bed, fridge, pleasant lighting, and heated tile bathroom floor. It's part of an apartment complex, though the apartments are on the upper floors. Restaurants and bars aren't very close, but lots of places are a short bus ride away.

The area is very quiet, with good restaurants within walking distance. A new bus line reaches the city in only 15 minutes, and the airport isn't far. The hotel is modern and looks like a 4 star place, which is why I gave it only 3 stars. Staff were helpful and very friendly, and I was surprised by how good the minibar prices were. It was my first stay, and I've already booked another. Highly recommend.
