The hotel manager was kind and sincere, and the service was handled with real class 👌. All in all, a positive experience.

There was no staff at the hotel, and I had to find somewhere else to stay, which cost me extra and wasted a lot of time. They also refused to refund the two nights. Terrible service and customer care. I used self check-in, but the room was dirty when I arrived. There was blood on the bed, the dishes hadn't been cleaned, and dirty towels were scattered on the floor.

We were comfortable in the room and had a lovely two-night stay. It was compact, but modern and practical. I only missed having tea or coffee in the room, though there are cafes close by.

The price is hard to beat, and the place was clean, quiet, and modern, with quality fixtures like Hansgrohe faucets and a large Samsung TV. We had a great view too. The toilet kept running slowly, but one quick call to the friendly hotel manager got it sorted within 30 minutes.

Really good value for money. The room was tidy and comfortable, and check-in was simple. The accommodation was clean, well equipped, and in a quiet spot. I'd definitely recommend it.
