The friendly front desk team did their best to make us feel welcome, even though their English wasn't very strong. And the bus stop right across the street made getting downtown easy. Those were the bright spots. The bathroom was dirty, with mold around the bathtub seal, ceiling, and handles, plus hair on the floor, by the sink, and on the mirror. Our toilet kept flushing and only stopped after we banged on the wall behind it. The TV said YouTube and Netflix were unavailable, and there was no AC during our September 2025 stay. The rest of the place felt neglected too. The hallways were stained, the walls looked dirty and rough, and the area outside wasn't clean. It needs major upgrades to feel even basically comfortable. I wouldn't stay there again for a family holiday. Maybe in an emergency for one night, but we can't recommend it to most people. It's a shame, since the staff were kind and tried hard.

The receptionist and the cleaning lady were nice, and the hotel itself was decent. But when we were packing to leave, someone knocked hard on the door again and again. A staff member then yelled at us and threatened us to get out. We said we were almost done, but he stayed aggressive and gave us no time to gather everything, so we left some belongings behind. It was frightening and really uncomfortable.

The room's pretty big, but it stays dusty even with the window shut and the curtains closed. Housekeeping also keeps knocking and then opening the door before we can answer. Imagine if we're getting dressed 🫣

The rooms were really clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was nice for a shower, with a cool bath to relax in. It's a beautiful hotel in a convenient spot, and the staff were kind and helpful.

The rooms at the back on the top floor have a roof terrace, a lovely spot to look out over the city. The area is great too, with lots of nice shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, and the staff were friendly. My room was comfortable and a good size, with a great shower, though some bits looked dated. The minibar was the cheapest ever, €3 for wine!
