The kitchen had plenty to use, including a microwave and even an oven, and the bathroom was quite spacious. The room was clean, as was the entrance, and the beds were comfortable, with lights and outlets by them. Staff were incredibly friendly and greeted me with a warm smile every time. The hotel is also conveniently close to the station.

Our stays have generally been very good, and the service and rates are among the best in Hamburg. But on our last two visits, we had a really bad experience with the same staff member. I don’t know his name, but he’s tall with long black hair. He came across as lazy and sleepy, barely spoke to us, and acted as if helping us was a favor. That didn’t fit the otherwise friendly atmosphere at all.

A belated review, but I really enjoyed my overnight stay. The reception staff I met on September 21st-22nd were all so helpful and friendly, especially Mou. They even let me wait in the lobby after checkout for my train that night. I’d recommend it for a couple of nights if you mainly need somewhere to sleep near public transport.

The rooms are clean and neat, and great value for money. I’ve found the staff so caring and passionate about their work that this is definitely my go-to place in Hamburg now. Works well for groups and solo travellers too.

A nice hotel right in the city centre, with kids' beds and a shared kitchen. You can bring food back and warm it up for dinner. If you have kids, it’s comfortable.
