The only person we encountered who seemed to care about guests was the man serving breakfast. The rest of the place gave the impression that nobody cared about the hotel or looking after visitors. The receptionist was generally rude and showed no patience when I asked about the tourist tax I’d been charged. I didn’t really understand what it was for. The facilities were in poor shape: walls were dirty and thin enough that I could clearly hear someone snoring next door. The bathroom’s first drawer was badly damaged by water, one light was broken so there wasn’t much light, and the shower water didn’t drain properly. The bed’s back wall was loose, there was something like chewing gum or tape stuck to the ceiling, and the toilet paper was nearly gone when we arrived. The receptionist also had a fake, unpleasant smile and attitude. In its current condition, this doesn’t deserve three stars, maybe one at most.

I needed somewhere near the airport at short notice, and the last-minute price was reasonable. My single room was quite small, but very clean and had the bare essentials. The kettle came with two herbal teas, but no milk or coffee, so bring your own.

I was on a business trip and needed a place near the airport. For the price, it was okay, and breakfast was great.

Breakfast was delicious and clearly well prepared, and everyone on staff was friendly, professional, and ready to help. We only stayed one night, but when we came back the next day they gave us two hours of service, which was really accommodating. The receptionist was especially professional and welcoming. We appreciated the hospitality a lot. Thanks, Mohamed.

We booked through Booking.com and already had a confirmation number. The woman there told us to cancel that reservation and book directly with her because, she said, the system was closed.
