People were smoking in the shared kitchen, so it was unusable, and the hostel was filthy and badly maintained. The worst part was the bed bugs. I saw them crawling over the pillows, duvet, and walls, and they were easy to see with the naked eye. I have photos. When I raised it with staff, they acted as if they knew nothing, even though the room was clearly infested. This was the worst stay I've ever had. Don't stay here unless you want bites and the risk of taking bed bugs home. It's a health hazard.

We’ve had a very good experience with everything at K357 - Personal- und Monteurzimmer Hamburg on behalf of the company I represent. The rooms worked really well for our colleagues and partners, and they were clean and comfortable. Sebastian was especially accommodating, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Communication was smooth and professional from the beginning. We’ll keep using K357 and would definitely recommend it.

We arrived late at night without a booking confirmation, but the owner came over and found us a room. The owners and staff are incredibly helpful, and it feels like a family business that treats travelers with real warmth. The place was clean and felt safe, with free parking beside it and a train station within walking distance. Prices are reasonable, and there’s a fully equipped kitchen on every floor. Be kind and patient with the people around you, and enjoy Hamburg :)

Free parking for the whole stay, clean toilets, and cozy, comfortable rooms at a low price. The place is safe and close to the city center, and the staff were very helpful and polite.

The staff were so helpful, and the place was nice and clean. They arranged taxis for us every day without any fuss and also suggested places to visit.
