This is a review from three years ago, reposted because I made a new Google review account focused on this. The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious, and the location was very nice too. Breakfast wasn’t anything special, but it didn’t bring down my rating.

The peaceful, secluded setting, helpful staff, good rooms and bathrooms, decent breakfast, and enough parking make this place nearly perfect in most ways. The drawback is the distance from Hamburg city center. The drive takes around 40 minutes, mostly along quiet roads with speed limits of 30 to 50 km/h.

It was very quiet at night, and the rooms were clean, though a little old-fashioned. For a hotel in this price category, breakfast had a surprisingly wide selection. Good value, and the location works well for a stay in Hamburg. 👍🏾

The rooms are clean and modern. Hamburg is a bit far from the hotel, so I’d recommend having a car.

The restaurant food was very good, and the rooms were spacious and really clean. Staff were very friendly too. There are beautiful houses around, plus a big garden and mini golf.
