The cabins are small but cleverly arranged, clean, and comfortable, with what you need right there. I slept well on the surprisingly comfortable bed, and the cabin felt quiet and private. CAB20 has a modern, thoughtful design, and the common areas are stylish and welcoming. It’s right in the city center, close to everything, and offers good value for a different but practical stay. The area around the hotel can feel less pleasant at times because it’s near the central train station. That’s typical of locations like this and isn’t to do with the hotel. Inside, it felt safe, calm, and well organized.

We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious for this type of hotel, and the staff were really nice. They also provided robes and towels. The downside was breakfast, which didn’t offer much for vegans. If you’re vegan, I’d skip the breakfast option and get food elsewhere. Apart from that, I’d definitely recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was clean. I had no hygiene issues in the common areas. I understand it’s a capsule hotel, but the rooms felt extremely small to me. There should at least be enough room to open a suitcase. Breakfast was disappointing, with no hot options, and I didn’t think it was worth 18 euros. The worst part was the location. Although it’s very close to the city center, I didn’t feel safe in the area, especially after 9 p.m. and before 7 a.m. I felt quite scared walking alone then. For those reasons, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Till made the stay feel especially warm and memorable, and the rest of the team handled everything with real care. Check-in was effortless. The hotel has plenty of style and runs efficiently, right in the heart of Hamburg. It felt like a posh stay without an outrageous price. Thanks for having me, I'll definitely be back.
