The owners were hard to communicate with when a problem came up. Be careful not to damage anything, even slightly, because you may have to pay for the whole thing. Our kids were involved in an incident with the stove. It still worked completely, but there was cosmetic damage. We told the owners honestly and hoped to reach a middle ground, but they charged us for a full stove replacement. When we tried to discuss it, they simply stopped responding. I hope they treat future guests more fairly. The apartment itself was very pleasant to stay in. It’s cozy, feels good to be there, very clean and neat, and has everything you need. The location is great for being close to the Elbe. The place is great to stay, and we should be honest about that too.

I’ve traveled a lot and still haven’t found a place as clean, well equipped, and well maintained as Loft Atelier. This was my second stay, and everything was perfect again. It never seems to disappoint. Simply fantastic!

The hostess let us know about S-Bahn timetable changes on the day we arrived, then surprised us with provisions for our children at the end of the trip. The apartment itself was beautiful and clean, and the location was fantastic. We felt incredibly comfortable and would definitely stay again. Truly excellent, highly recommended!

The owners are incredibly friendly and attentive, and really do everything they can to make guests comfortable. I’ve rarely felt this at ease in a vacation rental. The loft studio is tastefully furnished, with every detail carefully planned and no expense spared, making it easy to relax and unwind. Nienstedten is a small, lively part of Altona, with plenty of charming shops and restaurants. The Elbe River is within walking distance, and Elbchaussee gets you to the city center in under 20 minutes by car or public transport. Simply the perfect place for a Hamburg getaway.
