Works well for a family or for business associates.

We’re refugees from Ukraine, and this place was awful. We were put in the hostel in March and woke up the next morning covered in bedbug bites. The manager told us there was no problem and that we were making it up. Only after we caught bugs and showed photos did he come to treat the room, but it made no difference. He later brought us spray, which didn’t work either. When I posted on Facebook, people stepped in, called emergency services, and journalists took an interest. They eventually made us leave. During treatment we had to sleep in cars because the smell was terrible and there was nowhere else to go. No one wanted to help. I wouldn’t recommend this bedbug-infested place to anyone. Run away.

I had posted photos and videos of this awful situation, but my review was deleted. We’re refugees from Ukraine and lived there for five months. The place had bedbugs, and nothing fixed the problem during all that time. They only got on top of it after the story became public and the media came. I still have the photos and video and can send them to anyone who wants to see them.

This isn't a hotel. I booked a double room at short notice for August 4th to 6th, for two people, at €81. When we arrived, it took a while to find the place because it was hard to spot and poorly signposted. We couldn't find anyone to speak to on the first floor, so we got instructions by phone for opening the key box outside. Then we were told the double room was occupied and given a four-bed room instead. That was fine with my travel companion and me, since we had it to ourselves. The room was very clean except for a dirty windowsill. There were two bunk beds that looked new, three free lockers, enough electrical outlets though not ideally placed, one chair, a TV on the floor, a small bedside table, a bin, and a mirror. The big windows made it easy to air the room. The bathroom was clean, the showers looked good, free Wi-Fi worked, and I found free parking. Judging from older negative reviews, I can only assume the place has been renovated. For €20 per person per night, it was good value for a clean, quiet place to sleep. It's a good fit if you're out exploring the city or the surrounding area during the day and just want to relax and freshen up in the evening. That's about all.
