The apartment itself is stylish, with an elegant interior and a kitchen stocked with what you need. The bathroom is roomy and has a bathtub. Getting in and checking out were both easy using the code sent ahead of time, and the Wi-Fi worked great. Step out of the subway and the striking white building is right there. There’s a wine shop outside, plus supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within a five-minute walk. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Apartment 52 was a lovely place to stay, and we really liked the location. Hallerstraße U-Bahn is about 200 meters away, with the Alster lake and city center nearby. Eppendorfer Baum is roughly a 10-minute walk. The kitchen was especially well equipped, including coffee and tea, and the balcony looks like a dream for summer, even though it faces Rothenbaumchaussee. Beforehand, communication and service by email and text were excellent. The one real problem was the sofa bed. My 18-year-old son, who weighs 80 kg, could feel the steel slats in his back, so it wasn’t suitable for sleeping. Even so, everything else was so good that we’re giving it 5 stars.

The subway is just a 2-minute walk away, and there’s free public parking beside the building. We found the staff very friendly, though you can only reach them by phone. They sent the address and directions by text on our arrival day. Our apartment in the quiet youth hostel villa was spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished. The kitchen had a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. It was a really great stay at a very reasonable price.

We were three people, and the accommodation was okay, though some parts felt a little dated. The location worked really well, with the nearest subway station just a 2-minute walk away.
