Getting checked in was difficult, since everything is online and that can be a problem when you’re travelling and need to check emails. The form wouldn’t work for one of our guests. We were told they were trying to sort out a solution for our bikes, then spent two hours outside the property before being told there wasn’t one. An hour after we cancelled, they offered a solution, but still refused a refund. The customer service was disappointing. Don’t stay here if you’re cycling the Elberadweg.

Way too expensive for what you get. The check-in times are atrocious, and there’s no service at all. You can’t reach anyone by phone.

Nice area in blankenese, and the room was clean and cozy. There’s a good restaurant downstairs.
