Hotel Pasa Paradies

We had a good weekend stay as a family. The kids enjoyed the atmosphere, and the service was great right through checkout. A lovely place to be 👍🏻

A top hotel!

The bathroom was so cramped that I had to turn sideways just to sit properly on the toilet. There was no toilet paper, which should be basic. We also had no water in the fridge, just one pillow for two people, and a bedsheet so small it barely covered one. There’s no AC, only a little fan that’s practically useless. Nobody was at reception when we checked in or checked out. When we left, we had to leave the room key somewhere because no one was there. I arrived last night and had to stay because I’d already paid and they wouldn’t refund me. It was a very unpleasant, disappointing experience, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

I asked for a “Superior” room when I booked and was told every room was the same and well equipped. But there were no hooks or hangers for my jacket, some shelf space was missing, and the soap dispensers didn’t work. In the shower and bathtub, the faucet handle was almost 1.5 meters from the shower head. The wallpaper was worn, and the reception staff barely spoke German. The room insulation was poor enough that I could hear the guest next door snoring. I got there at 5 p.m. and didn’t feel like searching for another place and driving there, but I never want to repeat this experience.
