I've been here three times. Breakfast has a good selection, the rooms are clean, and there's underfloor heating. The duvet is thin, though, and there's not much room for luggage. Once, the fire alarm went off throughout the building at 8 a.m., so everyone had to evacuate, and no compensation was offered afterward. The station is more than a ten-minute walk away, and getting to the busy city centre takes a few bus stops.

The front desk staff were more helpful and solution-focused than I've encountered at fancier, better-known hotels. Special thanks to Sofia, who was friendly and helped turn a rushed checkout day for my partner and me into a relaxed one.

The staff were courteous and helpful, and the location on Hannover's main road was convenient, about 1 km from the main station and handy for people visiting EMO. The rooms aren't very big and lack some basic amenities. For what we paid, it didn't feel like good value: there's no coffee maker or iron, and they won't change towels unless you ask. They don't provide a toilet kit, so bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

The check-in and checkout were easy to do yourself, and it was nice to have free coffee and tea. Rooms were clean and the hotel was nice, although the interior design felt a little overdone. The walls are thin, so you can hear other guests clearly.

Coming back to my room after work was something I actually looked forward to. The whole place had a calm, upscale feel, with sleek, minimalist, stylish interiors. My room had a huge smart TV, a rain shower with coloured lights, and a comfortable workstation. If you like modern design, this hotel is for you.
