Radisson Blu Hotel, Hannover

The rooms were spotless and the staff were friendly, especially in the restaurant. They have a few vegetarian dishes, too. I didn't manage to try the gym because it wasn't open when I went, so maybe next time. Good hotel.

For my first visit to Germany, this was a really pleasant start. I was there on a business trip and made the reservation in a rush, but I ended up very satisfied. I'd asked for a double-size bed, which wasn't there at first, but they sorted it out right away. The reception is open around the clock, and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant and bar were clean and convenient, and the food was delicious. If I'm back in Germany for business, I'd choose this hotel again without hesitation.

I booked a double room, but they gave me a single room. When I asked to cancel the reservation, they refused and said they would charge me anyway. They didn't provide the room I'd paid for.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The toiletries, including the shampoo, were great. Breakfast was lovely, especially the fresh pastries, with plenty of healthy choices. I also liked the takeaway coffee cups, and the oat milk was amazing. The sauna was a great extra. My only small gripe is that the bar drinks could be a little better. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind and resourceful.
