A great family hotel right in the heart of Harburg. The rooms are spacious, updated, clean, and have comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good range of choices, and the staff were friendly. Check-in and checkout were easy. There are free spaces in front of the hotel and on its grounds. If they're full, paid parking is nearby and free overnight. Make sure you see the town after dark, it's magnificent.

The rooms were nice, though they were split between two buildings. There are four parking spots near the building, with more parking available elsewhere. Breakfast from the morning buffet was great, dinner was good, and the service was good too.

There are two large dining rooms, and the service was good. The food was great, with seasonal choices. Best Spätzle I've had in Germany so far.

The church clock next door rang every quarter hour through the night, and it was very loud in our room. The hotel had left a note explaining that it's an ancient church in an ancient village, and that's just how it is. Maybe it was only our room, since we didn't hear the clock at breakfast. Apart from that, this is a lovely little hotel, with clean accommodation, excellent staff, and very nice food. Our room was stuffy, though it was hot and humid outside, so that's understandable.

The restaurant serves traditional Bavarian food, and it was some of the best I've had. The Wiener Schnitzel and mixed pan are both good choices. Great value for overnight guests.
