The pool was a real highlight, and the bungalow had all the comforts we could need. We had such a lovely holiday here. Thanks to our very friendly hosts, we'd happily come back.

We had a really enjoyable stay and would book House "Helga" again if we return to this lovely area. The Edeka next door is handy, though it does bring some noise. Inside, the place is comfortable and has everything you need, and the heated pool was spotless and all to ourselves. The 92-year-old landlady made us feel very welcome and seemed genuinely pleased to see every guest.

The Brocken Railway passes about 500 meters away and sounds its signals, which we already knew about, so it didn't bother us. We had a fantastic vacation in a beautiful area and would love to return. The bungalow is older but has a lot of charm, and the lady of the house, who is over 90, looked after us wonderfully. The kitchen equipment has recently been updated, and with the heated pool and supermarket right next door, everything worked out perfectly for us.
