We found this hotel through a friend and stayed for two days. It’s easy to get to and not far from the airport. There’s a large lobby and everything you need, with an Indian-style welcome. Our room was spacious, well arranged, and very clean. The soundproofing was good, so we hardly heard anything. The bed was square, and the bathroom was bright, spotless, and well equipped with new soap and shampoo. Breakfast was generous, with croissants, bread, cheese, jam, scrambled eggs, and something for everyone. There’s lots of parking out front too.

The restaurant was very good and seemed like good value. My room was really hot even in September, so I assume there’s no air conditioning.

I had a really bad stay at park hotel Frankfurt. We tried to explain the problems to reception and the manager, but the Wi-Fi wouldn’t let us log in in the morning or at night. Even when connected, there was no network. We wasted a lot of time and money, spending dozens of seconds just to access google.com. When we reported it, the manager was unresponsive and avoided the issue. I went back to show them the problem, but they kept insisting there was nothing wrong, even while the slow connection was happening. I had prepaid and only wanted to check out early. They told me, “talk to your agent and leave me alone.” It’s a really bad hotel. I don’t want anyone to stay there.

I booked two nights but had to leave after just one because the room smelled horrible. The service was poor, it wasn’t clean, and the towels had stains. Breakfast was okay, but it was overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

We were there for a family wedding and loved every minute. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable, and clean. The staff and owners were friendly and helpful.
