We joined a wine tasting and a wagon ride through the vines, and had a fantastic time. It’s a family run place spanning several generations. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and so much fun. Highly recommend!

They even saved us from the rain, thanks! It’s a great wine bar with local and special wines, a tasteful interior, and incredibly pleasant service.

We bought Emma as a bottle to take home, and she’s coming home with us 😀 I’d recommend this place to anyone.

The wine tasting at the 1869 Brunnenhof winery was fantastic. We booked spontaneously, but Daniel still made it entertaining and interesting. There was plenty of time afterward to try more wines and have delicious tarte flambée. The whole team is friendly, the wines are excellent and varied, and both food and wine are fairly priced, down-to-earth, and absolutely affordable.

The private wine cellar tour was a highlight, with fascinating insight into how the winery works. Later, we tasted different wines with two other couples in the idyllic courtyard. We spent a wonderful weekend at the Brunnenhof Winery in Hatzenport, staying as a couple in a cozy apartment and feeling welcome from the start. It’s a warm, open, friendly family business with incredible hospitality. We felt completely at ease, the evenings were unforgettable, and we’ll definitely return.
