We only ate at the restaurant, so I can't comment on the rooms. The building dates to around 1880 and has lots of atmosphere, set between the Reben' and the mountainous area of the Kur Ort Badenweiler. The people were friendly and welcoming, and the menu had simple local food that was really tasty.

The Pastor Family made us feel welcome, and even stayed awake for our very late arrival. Breakfast was included and very nice. We had a great stay at Gasthaus Zur Blume and would happily return and recommend it.

I was here for five days on a business trip, and Frau Pastor and her husband made sure I was comfortable throughout. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. I also enjoyed the food, especially the amazing homemade cheesecake. I'd definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The dinner was wonderful, and I highly recommend eating here. It's also a nice room and very good value for money if you're on the Westweg rail. The older woman who runs the guesthaus was amazing. She speaks five languages, which is pretty rare, especially in the Black Forest where I met only a few people who could speak English.

We visit several times a year, and my wife and I can highly recommend this family-run hotel and restaurant. The gracious Pastor family gives the place a special charm, and the rooms are great. The cuisine is excellent, with typical dishes as well as seasonal variety, and we always enjoy finishing with their homemade Black Forest cake.
