Rhon Park Hotel

We came back for a second visit, and it was even better than last year. The food was good, and the kids area kept us busy for a few days. Just wish it were closer to home!

The staff were so friendly, and the rooms were spacious. We had a wonderful stay, with good dinners and a good kids disco and animation. The magician night was especially fun. Breakfast was good, though the choices didn't change from day to day. It's a great place for kids, and we'd definitely come back.

Kids and parents will have fun here, just as we did. There are lots of programs for children and a swimming area for little ones, so we barely spent any time in our room apart from sleeping and showering. The buildings are connected, which is a clever setup even if your room is quite far away. You still have to walk outside to the park arena, which is fine, though an overpass or underpass from the main building would be great in very cold winter weather. The food was good, but dinner drinks for adults aren't included, not even water. Breakfast is the usual buffet, and coffee specialties cost extra. I was wondering how I only found out about this hotel today, we could have come more often. With all the renovations, I hope I can still afford to return in the future.

The location is excellent and there are activities for children, plus the rooms are spacious. But it's not really set up for tourists who don't speak German, since there's no information in other languages. Dinner drinks weren't included in the price, and I couldn't find that mentioned anywhere while booking. The pool and children's activities are always crowded.
