Breakfast was the highlight: delicious, with a wide selection and friendly staff, though they could clear used plates more often. The rooms were very quiet and the bed was comfortable. But the room cleanliness was poor, with several hairs on the bathroom floor and in the shower and tub, plus cockroaches in the room. The bathroom could use an upgrade, and shower curtains feel outdated. Reception service was subpar. They rarely greeted me when I came in and seemed to ignore me at the desk, as whatever they were doing on the screen, or even doing nothing, appeared more important.

I was here for a short business trip, so I needed things to run promptly, and they did. The room was very nice and clean, with all the necessary amenities, and breakfast was hearty. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, with restaurants, bus, tram, and train stops, plus all kinds of shops nearby. I was a little shocked to see two or three adult dancing places close by, but the streets still seemed safe, and nobody bothered me as a woman traveling alone. I'd recommend it.

Breakfast had lots of variety and was good quality for the price, €18 for the buffet. Several Chinese restaurants nearby are a nice option for Asian travellers. The room was clean and spacious, and the stay was comfortable and convenient. It's easy to get here, about a 10-minute walk from the train, metro, or bus station. Highly recommended!

The station is just a few minutes away, with plenty of shops inside that are open every day. That's handy because the main shops close on Sunday. There are lots of kebab places nearby, and the location is convenient, though the area is very busy with construction near the top of the road and station. The room was pleasant and the staff friendly enough. Nice hotel, but the shower pressure could be better.

The service was really good, and the price matched the quality, especially since I needed a room at the last minute because of train connection problems. My room was very basic, though, with some black mold in the shower area. The cleanliness of the common areas was questionable.
