The location was ideal for exploring Heidelberg on foot or by public transport, and the assigned parking spot beside the building worked well for our car. My family of four had a great three-night stay in July. There was plenty of space for our two young kids, the kitchen had all the basics we needed, and we really appreciated being able to do laundry in the basement.

The bed was decent, about 4 out of 5, and the place itself was new, clean and good. The internet was the downside: over my five days there, the 18/5 Mbps connection never felt proper.

The location is amazing, and it's a great place.

The apartment is really well equipped, and otherwise it's a top place to stay. The problem is the people hanging around the building in the evenings, drinking and shouting. With the ground-floor apartment, opening a window meant hearing all of that. I asked if I could move to a higher-floor apartment and was told everything was booked, and that I should call the police. A shame.

Quiet and clean despite being right in the center, with plenty of space and a simple, hassle-free setup. If you're happy to sort everything by email and don't need a reception desk at a hotel, this works well.
