The staff were so welcoming and helpful, which made the stay even nicer. Inside, it feels like a calm little oasis, elegant and beautifully put together. The decor has a warm, stylish feel and shows real attention to detail. A lovely hidden gem, and I'd definitely recommend it.

The location was convenient and peaceful, and my room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and professional, and made sure everything was right. My stay at BS was a wonderful experience. I'd highly recommend BS to anyone looking for luxury and great service, and I'll be back on my next visit to Heidelberg ❤️.

I couldn't go ahead with my stay because of unforeseen circumstances, but the BS Boutique Hotel team kindly understood and agreed to cancel with a refund. I really appreciated that flexibility. I never got to experience the hotel in person, though the communication and service throughout were excellent. It looks beautiful, and I regret missing the stay. If I visit Heidelberg again, BS Boutique Hotel will be my first choice.

Carlos was the standout for me. He was so kind and supportive, and went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed to feel comfortable and enjoy my stay. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well appointed, with great amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. Its location and facilities were great too. I had such a wonderful stay that I'm eager to return, and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. You won't be disappointed!

The tram is just around the corner, and they give out free coupons for local bars. The small hotel is in a fantastic location, with modern rooms, good TV channels and a smart TV option. The temperature-controlled rooms have excellent soundproofing, and the Wi-Fi is good too. Thoroughly enjoyable. Go and enjoy!
