There’s only one wheelchair-accessible room. I was told before I arrived that it would be mine, but someone was already using it when I got there. I spent the first week in a regular room and moved into the accessible one as soon as it became available. It really only works well for wheelchair users who can walk some, or for anyone who doesn’t need the kitchen or balcony. Update: the photos show what happens when they clean the whole floor. All the black sacks get left outside the hotel’s only wheelchair room, blocking the way out.

The staff helped me with everything, and they’re all so kind. Ms. Füsun was especially attentive and helpful. Seven Days hotel was my first experience in Germany, and I feel at home here. I’m planning to stay until I find a Hause. It’s incredibly clean, too.

They even offered to store our bags after check-out. We had a really nice stay: the room had all we needed, including a small kitchen, fridge, coffee machine and a pleasant little balcony. The bed was especially comfortable.

We spent five weeks there, and it was a tight fit for the four of us, but this was the only place that would let us bring our cat. The staff were understanding while we were still learning German. The rooms were clean and modern, and we enjoyed staying there. Coffee in the foyer was always welcome, sometimes with fresh croissants, bagels or rolls.

Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The rooms are really nice and very clean.
