Breakfast had plenty of variety, and they cater for people with Coeliacs who need gluten-free food. The rooms were clean and well kept, with good, varied decor. Staff were friendly and professional, with attention to detail. It's a good base for visiting Heidelberg, with easy access to the city center.

I loved sitting on the cute patio for drinks each evening before walking through a beautiful neighborhood to local restaurants. The rooms are bright, airy, and look just like the photos, and the breakfast is delicious and nicely presented. Service felt personal and friendly. The place has a European modern charm. The tram goes straight to the city center and was easy to navigate, and you can also get around by scooter, bike, or on foot.

It's a small, cozy hotel, and I felt right at home. They're clearly doing everything they can to make the stay comfortable and peaceful. We'll stay here whenever we come to Heidelberg.

The room was beautiful and large, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was nice, and there was a summer terrace. Reception was lovely and helped us with all the details for a late self check-in. There wasn't parking available, so they left us a ticket for street parking, but finding a spot in this city can be quite a challenge because there are so many people. It's a bit far from the city center, so having a car is better.
