GuestHouse Heidelberg

I chose this hotel for the kitchen in the room and stayed for two weeks. It has a hot plate, but no induction or gas stove, so it's only suitable for small meals. There's no microwave in the room, but they can bring one if you ask, which was nice. Everything else was in order and I had a pleasant stay. I was on the first floor facing the street. With the windows closed it was fine, though I can imagine it getting noisy at night in summer with them open. The location is hard to beat: major buses and trams leave from there, and restaurants, supermarkets, and salons are all within walking distance.

The room was clean and tidy, with everything we needed. I especially liked having a mini-fridge, electric stove, kettle, and coffee maker. It seems very convenient for families with children. Service was quite good and quick, and it made for a comfortable stay.

It's an okay place, neither great nor especially bad. The location is between Hbf and the old town, just a few minutes from either by tram or bus. Rooms were clean and spacious, though the bed sat a little low. There was no air conditioning, so around 90€ a night felt a bit expensive. The receptionist was courteous, but reception is only open until 2 pm.

The studio was really spacious, and the location was great, with all sorts of restaurants nearby. It's less than a 4-minute bus 33 ride from the central station. No complimentary tea or coffee, though they do have appliances such as an oven and kettle.
