The room was very poorly maintained, and there was no real hospitality support. The AC was broken: its hot vent pipe was at the back, so the cold air didn't help, and a broken condensation pipe flooded the room. After hours, the online chat didn't respond, so when we had no working AC, we were left to manage on our own. There was no customer recovery process. I had to tuck my shoes under the unit to keep the water from spreading and stuff a towel where the heat came out. I even cleaned the dirty filter in case it would help some air come through. We still lost the battle and slept drenched in heat.

I had a pleasant long weekend in this apart-hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the location worked well, within walking distance of both the town center and train station. My only complaint was the ineffective AC, which left the room too warm.

After arriving in Frankfurt with a piece of luggage missing, I needed a room at the last minute. The host and front desk staff were incredibly helpful: they found me a room quickly and pointed me toward stores where I could buy the things delayed in my suitcase. I rarely get this kind of on-the-spot service and extra help to make a difficult day easier. Thank you. I'll rent here again. The location is right by the old downtown, and everything is within walking distance.

Our apartment was in the next building, house number 36, across from reception. It was fine and had the facilities we needed, including a small cupboard and cooking area. The room's floor was quite old and the bathroom wasn't decorated in a modern style, but it was clean. Check-in was very quick. Parking costs an extra 15 euros, and the small lot is just across the street. During our November 2023 stay, the street in front of the apartment was under construction.
