The staff were so friendly and happy to share tips about the area. My dorm had secure lockers with built-in locks, and the extra desk chairs made the space feel bigger than expected. Bathrooms had the basics, including body wash and a hairdryer. In the kitchen there was coffee, tea, oats, cereal, fair-trade milk, and oat milk, and guests don't have to wash dishes, a clever way to keep things hygienic and support sustainability. The lounge is warm and welcoming. It's a clean, cozy little hostel with loads of attention to detail and a perfect location. I was thrilled to spend the night here!

Carmen was incredibly kind. She showed us pictures on the wall and told us lovely stories. The room was comfortable, the prices were really good, and all the colleagues were friendly. I even made some new friends. My one-week stay was a perfect experience and one of the best holidays of my life. Highly recommended! Omar shahin :)

I spent three weeks there and had the time of my life. The common room worked just as well for studying as it did for chatting or playing cards, and it was so easy to meet people. The staff did everything they could to make sure I enjoyed my stay. Sure, a few small annoyances depend on what you can put up with and which roommates you happen to get, but the experience as a whole was amazing. It's in the old town, so the location couldn't be better. I could go on, but I've only got superlatives for this place.

The Lotte crew clearly love what they do. The service is the best part, and they really want guests to enjoy their time there. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and clean, while the cozy common room and its decor make you feel at home. Hostel Lotte is right in the center, close to everything you'd want to see. Some hostels are nice enough to return to, but this is one I can't wait to stay at again. See you soon, Carmen!
