The location is fantastic, and I really liked the saunas. Getting an iron and board took more than an hour, though. There was no dial list by the room phone, and the online user manual wouldn’t work.

The view is lovely, the food is good without being anything fancy, and the staff are amazing and helpful. Parking is excellent. The room could use some attention, though: there was a little mold on the bathtub screen, and the toilets could have been cleaned better. Still, it’s a good place to stay.

It took an hour and a half for the soup from the two-course menu to arrive. They never brought the second course, saying, “this is this,” even after I asked three times. They charged the full 15 euros and didn’t even apologize. Appalling and inexcusable. I’m very disappointed. My choir colleagues shared their food with me 🙏

The sauna is lovely, and there are nice views over town, with a restaurant attached. Breakfast is a generous buffet with plenty of variety, and the service was very good, with friendly staff. The hotel is clean and functional. The rooms are beginning to look dated, though they still feel contemporary enough.

It’s hard to find a receptionist at night, and nobody answered the room service phone. Breakfast was pretty standard, with too few staff to look after all the customers. The room itself was an okay size, but the bed was far too small for two adults, and we slept badly. They also have a “policy” of not cleaning rooms, so after an exhausting day we came back to an uncleaned room, with the towels unchanged. Very disappointing. They call themselves a four-star hotel, really?
