New Age Boardinghouse

The apartments are a decent option for tradespeople in Heilbronn, especially with good apartments so hard to find and the price being reasonable. The buildings connect by corridors, each has a working elevator, and there’s a free laundry room in the basement. Rooms are generally equipped well, though there’s no oven. Prices depend on how long you stay. Linens and towels are clean and changed weekly. The parking setup has some drawbacks. The underground garage uses remotes, but on our latest visit only half the guests got one, unlike the time before when everyone did. The lower level is low enough that you need to watch your trunk, and spaces are narrow, with each axle rated for just 2 tons. We had a small car, an SUV, and two station wagons on our first stay, and learned that putting too much into those spaces wasn't a good idea long term. Cleanliness was a problem for us. On the latest visit the whole floor seemed covered in lint, tables were dirty, and the dishes in the cupboards were a mess. You may want to bring a vacuum and clean things yourself before using them. Toilet paper also runs short if you stay more than a day or two. Guests are expected to take their own trash behind the building, so bags can end up left in the hallways. The internet is terrible, so bring a strong mobile plan if you need to get online. The smart TVs only worked on and off with Netflix, YouTube and similar apps because the connection was so weak.

The parking spot is handy, and the location is ideal. The owner responds quickly when you have a question.

The team is really helpful and flexible, and email is an easy way to communicate with them.
