A really pleasant stay, I enjoyed it a lot. The hotel is cozy, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are huge and clean. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and freshly made, and there's a Netto shop right next door.

The hosts were friendly and very helpful, and it helped that they speak English. Breakfast was good, with both cold items and hot scrambled eggs. The rooms are dated, though. There was no coffee, tea, kettle, or fridge in the rooms, and none at the restaurant outside breakfast time either.

The food was really good and the service minded attitude stood out. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Heinsburg. I only missed having something like a Chromecast, since I'm not German and it would've been nice to use the TV for shows on services like Netflix. Still, it was a very pleasant stay.

I hadn't booked ahead, but they still welcomed me warmly and served a good dinner and a tall beer, all at a reasonable price. I ended up in Heinsberg during a bike trip through the west-German region, and some local people pointed me to this lovely hotel for the night.

The rooms were cold, dirty, and bad.
