Holsteiner Hof

The sheets and towels were fine, and the staff were friendly and clearly tried to help. Still, I was surprised to see so many positive reviews. There were cobwebs and spiders around the room, hair in the shower, lots of old dust, stained curtains, and the glass by the welcome water bottle wasn't clean. After I complained, they improved a few things and offered another room, but it was in much the same condition. They didn't apologize.

We only spent a short time at the Holsteiner Hof in Heist, but it left us pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable, clean, and had what we needed for a pleasant night. Service was friendly, attentive, and helpful, and the price felt excellent for what we got. We'd happily stay there again, especially if we needed somewhere uncomplicated and pleasant in Heist.

We slept well and felt comfortable here. The room was spacious, modern, and clean, though it's not exactly high-end. The staff were friendly, and there's a reasonably priced vending machine for snacks and drinks by the entrance. The value for money is fantastic, and we'd choose this guesthouse again.

For our one-night stay during a family celebration, we had a modern, clean, spacious room with a small terrace. The value for money was fantastic.
