We booked five rooms and would definitely return. The hotel has lots of style, with books everywhere to enjoy and a great breakfast. The breakfast room is a little small and can get crowded. The view from Helgoland's cliffs is fantastic.

Actually, 4.75 stars. We loved the stunning view, beautiful room, comfortable bed, interesting books, and the daily updates on island activities and the weather. Breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly. The bathroom hasn't been refurbished in quite a while. The shower is very small, and its soap tray is falling off the wall.

Great value for the price, and highly recommended. A very nice, clean, modern hotel with a sea view.

The rooms are tiny, but the breakfast is good and the staff are nice.
