The price for what you get is OK, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything else was fine too. It’s a great location, about 300 metres from the beach, though there’s only one parking space on site.

Apartment 19 was clean and nicely furnished. We don’t cook on holiday, so the kitchen was adequate for us, though instructions for the oven would help, especially for baking rolls. There’s a parking space for each apartment, and it can fit a larger car. The location was the problem. Everything is easy to reach on foot, but the road outside is so noisy it feels like living beside a main road, and restful sleep was out of the question. A speed limit would help. The neighboring building’s entrance light stays on all night for some reason and shines into the bedroom. With the road noise and the glare, we wouldn’t recommend staying here. It’s far too loud, so only three stars.

The balcony facing the park was a lovely place to sit with a glass of wine at the end of the day. We were very comfortable here, and the smooth service and key handover made arrival easy. The apartment is spacious, clean, and on the second floor. It’s in a peaceful spot, about five minutes from the promenade and beach, with Heringsdorf’s lovely pier nearby. We also appreciated the locked, fenced parking area and covered bike parking right by the front door. We’d happily return.

After a full day at the beach, we loved unwinding on the balcony overlooking the beech park. The owner was especially attentive, and the service was so friendly. The apartment had everything we needed. A small oven would’ve been useful, though the bakery is only a short walk away for fresh warm rolls. Everything else was just right.
