Our room looked out over Ammersee, and the view was a delight. The hotel is in a superb spot, with lovely walks along the lakefront and excellent places to eat nearby. Munich is easy to reach by train. The people running this fantastic little hotel couldn't be more helpful, and free on-site parking is a bonus. Breakfast was excellent too. It was well worth the relatively modest price. Highly recommended, especially for couples and families.

The owners and staff were extremely friendly, and the hotel and its setting are beautiful. Breakfast and ice cream were fabulous. Absolutely wonderful hotel. I'll definitely come back.

For €90 a night, breakfast wasn't included, and the apartment smelled terrible, as if someone had smoked in it before. The hairdryer was broken and the internet didn't work. Shameful. I can only advise people to stay away.
