For a work trip, the location was ideal, less than 10 minutes from Dematic and other nearby companies. Being downtown also meant plenty of places to eat on foot, including Da Salvatore. I also had a great pizza at Mama Mia's, about 15 minutes away. I'd recommend the hotel for business travel. I stayed several nights. The hotel was clean, quiet, and modernized, and the staff in the hotel and restaurant were friendly and professional. Breakfast was included and very good, with a continental spread and eggs, ham, and other options made to order. The restaurant served traditional food that was delicious. My room was on the second floor, possibly 219, facing the back of the hotel, where there's some kind of green preserve and a small creek. It was quiet, clean, and well maintained. The only small issue was the shower temperature, which went up and down by about 10 degrees Celsius every 20 seconds. Not a major problem, though steady hot water would have been better.

A good breakfast buffet, and a convenient place to stay if you need to be in the area.

The rooms and breakfast are excellent, and the Wi-Fi works well. I haven't tried the restaurant. The TV is on the small side, but that's fine since I barely use it.

The food was awful. We had a training event there with Raclette and fondue, but there was no cheese or bread. The meat was sloppy, and the broth was thin. Since the hotel replied, I want to add a few points. An electric Raclette 'grill' doesn't seem to get hot enough to cook meat properly. So much liquid came out of the meat that I question the quality you described. It sat on the metal plate and simmered in all that fluid. Also, raw Brokkoli and cauliflower with cooked potatoes isn't much of a meal for the vegetarians, who made up a third of the table. And the pork was mixed on one plate with the beef and chicken, which made the meat off limits for the Muslims, another third of the group.
