Petra and Thomas made our stay so enjoyable that we didn't want to leave. Petra was a lovely, friendly host, and together they run a great little hotel and a very popular restaurant. We were a group of eight, and Thomas welcomed us and quickly showed us to our upstairs rooms in the building beside the restaurant. They were spacious, clean, and furnished with antiques. The meals were fantastic, made with fresh produce, and the menu wasn't overloaded with choices. We tried several dishes and especially recommend the schnitzel wine handler. Vegetables and salad came straight from the garden next to the outdoor dining area, with a pretty little river running alongside the restaurant. Breakfast was great too, with a nice choice of rolls, cold meats, cheeses, jams, orange juice, and a hard-boiled egg. Thank you so much!

The burger was okay, and the terrace is in a nice spot for summer, with dogs allowed. The salad, though, was gritty and smothered in bland dressing. The schnitzel was soggy, bland, and undercooked. The fries had good flavor but weren't cooked through either.

The staff were willing to help, and the rooms were very nice, but the bed was so poor I can only give two stars. As the photos show, the mattress was bad enough that I could feel its springs in my back. Such a shame in a hotel with a lovely view and a nice building overall. Breakfast was a joke, just some cheese, sliced meat, and an egg. The path to the main entrance and the safety around it were messy too.

A great spot to spend a weekend relaxing and hanging out. Everything was clean and disinfected, and they had clearly put a lot of effort into their hygiene plan.

The rooms were nice, but the staff were really rude. Checkout was at 11:00, yet they came to complain at 10:30 that we hadn't left. It was a bad experience, and I can't recommend the place at all. Stay away.
