B&B Hotel Hildesheim

The receptionist was consistently helpful and upbeat. Breakfast had a decent range, though starting at 7:30 felt a bit late. The bed had clearly seen better days.

The bedbugs were the worst part. I woke covered in bites, itching and disgusted, and couldn’t sleep any longer. I took photos and left right away. This felt like a public health risk. I told the front desk, but got no apology, refund, or action, just indifference and a blank stare that made it seem like complaints like this were familiar to them. When I first arrived, the room already looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for days, if at all. There were human hairs on the bed, pillow, bathroom sink, and floor, and the air was stale and damp. I felt uncomfortable from the start. I’d also paid for breakfast, but nothing was served. There was no explanation or refund, only silence. They took the money and gave me nothing in return. This is the most revolting and disgraceful hotel experience I’ve ever had. The place is filthy, dishonest, dangerous, and unfit for people to stay in. I wouldn’t let a stray dog sleep in that bed. If you value your health, sanity, and dignity, don’t stay here. I’ve seen hostels with more decency than this so-called hotel. Shame on the owners for running it.

The hotel is conveniently close to the train station, and check-in with the friendly staff went very smoothly. We were a group of friends travelling from France to Hildesheim for a night’s rest before M'Era Luna festival. We slept well and headed off the next day. We’d gladly come back next time!

Hello, I’m very happy with your hotel. I like it, everything is good and clean.
